TROUBLESHOOT
WHAT DO I DO IF MY SERVICE DOESN'T WORK?
Generally speaking our services are stable, very well maintained and any downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. However from time to time some maintenance may be required and we will seek to keep you up to date via social posts if this is the case so make sure you stay in touch with these pages. For other fault finding and tips please see the common queries below.
NO CHANNEL IS PLAYING
Firstly check your account hasn't expired, then check your network connection, then check social pages for any outage supplier end. Use the contact us button to submit a query if you get no solution following those steps.

Occasionally ISPs block streams, this will usually occur during important matches. We recommend you invest in a decent performing VPN to help circumnavigate this issue. Check the shop to grab our recommended VPN package.
CHANNELS ARE BUFFERING
In almost every case buffering is an issue at user end. In some cases it will be supplier end. If it is one channel only then please do report and we will check. If it is one channel and its a particularly popular event then consider another source to watch the event. For big matches check out the website 'wheresthematch.com' and try some different feeds for it.

If every channel is buffering then work through the following trouble shooting.

1- What is the network speed at your device....... We recommend you install app called analiti and check the speed on the device, you'll need at least 10mbps for a decent service.

2- What else is connected to your network? Running loads of different phones and devices will slow the speed.

3- How far from your router is your device? Keep it as close as possible or invest in an ethernet connection for best results.

4- How much storage is on the device? Lack of storage means lack of processing speed so make sure the device has as few apps and memory taken up as you can.

5- Have you cleared the cache on the device? Again, keeping the device clean and memory free will enhance performance.

6- Is it a decent device? Invest in the best you can, 4k Stick, Shield Box. To end kit will ensure top end performance.

7- Switch your router and device off for ten minutes to allow them to restart and potentially clear any issues.
SOUND IS OUT OF SYNC
If one channel has this issue then report it via the contact us page. If you find the issue on all channels then experiment with different players via the settings page. We recommend VLC and MX as alternatives to the built in player. These can be installed via your devices app store and added within the app settings page. You can also adjust the stream settings within settings which may help adjust any sync issues

If using a 4k stick then please ensure you have gone to stick settings and turned dolby off and selected stereo.
